**Leasing Consultant**

**Our client**

Our client is a fast-growing real estate agency in Melbourne, they provide professional end-to-end property management that supports clients to grow wealth. They’re committed to helping clients to maximise investment returns. Now they are looking to hire a leasing consultant with superb customer service and interpersonal skills to join their expanding multi-cultural team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Routine Inspection management
- Entry, Condition & Exit Condition Reports

**Critical skills for the role**
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transport (essential)
- Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
- A well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Capable networker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess fluent English and Mandarin communication skills;
