We are seeking to fill permanent, ongoing vacancies at the APS 5 level in our State offices. This recruitment round will be used to fill vacancies on a temporary and ongoing permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative advice and support, including facilities and property maintenance and reporting, security, information databases, spreadsheets, registers, reports, invoices, communications, locker management and reporting and general correspondence.
- Facilitate contractors and trades management/ point of contact, conduct site specific onboarding, and mail processes.
- Manage day-to-day management of operational requirements including addressing and/or escalating issues as they arise.
- Manage site specific portfolio responsibilities which may include national vehicle fleet management, contract management, departmental car parks and the car parking ballot.
- Contribute to whole-of-site activities which may include accommodation reporting, business continuity planning, emergency control, and learning and development.
- Manage shared pool and corporate resources such as fleet vehicles.
- Contribute to team, section and branch goals and outcomes, and business improvement activities.
- Provide flexible and professional service to ministerial requests to seek a positive outcome.
- Facilitate and support Ministerial meetings and events.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal and external service providers, and stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and monitor outputs
- Support and assist staff development within the team where applicable.
- Other duties as directed.
