**About the team**:
The Sydney State Office incorporates staff from multiple divisions in the Department. It has a positive culture which values professionalism, integrity and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity which oversees the administration functions in the Sydney State Office and provides administrative support to the NSW State Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity which oversees the administration functions in the Sydney State Office and provides administrative support to the NSW State Manager.

**What’s in it for you?**:
This is a front of house role, providing you the opportunity to be pivotal in driving our Sydney State Office culture. In this role you will connect and support a variety of stakeholders, including at the Ministerial and Senior Executive level. You will also have the ability to support in-office events and activities.

**What you will do**:
In line with the Work Level Standards for the APS Level 5 Classification, this role will see you:

- Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks to ensure effective communication and logístical flow of our Sydney office, including at the Ministerial level.
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing advice and support.
- Undertake administrative, stock control and record management activities.

Although flexible work is supported by the Department, due to operational requirements this role is required to be full-time onsite. Please reach out to the contact officer to discuss this further.
