**The key duties of the position include**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and industrious individuals with a diverse mix of experience and skills. Responsibilities of successful applicants may include:

- Working within a small team delivering high quality policy development, advice and implementation responses to current and emerging cross-system health policy issues and government priorities.
- Review and prepare Ministerial and Parliamentary correspondence and briefing material on issues relating to cross-cutting or portfolio-wide strategic policy issues.
- Provide secretariat and governance support to high level government and departmental bodies.
- Researching, interpreting and drafting policy and procedural directions within specialist area (Health Policy).
- Actively contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture.
