As TJX Australia continues to grow, we’re looking for a Production Planning Analyst to join our team at TJX Processing Centre Marsden Park.

If you're passionate about planning, operations, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

**What You’ll Do**

As a key link between planning and operations, you’ll help ensure the smooth flow of merchandise through our Distribution Centre. You’ll work closely with operational leaders to execute production plans, optimise labour and equipment use, and support continuous improvement.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Executing daily and weekly production plans in partnership with operations teams
- Building resource plans and rosters aligned with our skills matrix
- Identifying training needs and supporting team capability development
- Leading shift meetings and sharing key insights and performance updates
- Driving improvements in productivity, performance, and planning processes
- Supporting the rollout of new technologies and innovative practices

**What You’ll Bring**
- Hands-on experience in planning or supply chain - bonus if you’ve worked with a Warehouse Management System
- Strong communicator who builds strong working relationships
- Confident with Excel and able to turn data into clear, useful insights
- Quick to take initiative and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
