**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, we are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Product Portfolio Manager to take ownership of the full lifecycle of our product range - from idea to innovation, launch to legacy.

You’ll be the driving force behind a healthy product portfolio that balances market demands with business strategy. You'll lead product planning, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to bring future-fit products to life.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED**:

- Shape and deliver strategic product roadmaps that align with business vision and market insights
- Manage the product development process, including research, validation, and launch execution
- Optimise portfolio performance through lifecycle reviews, SKU rationalisation, and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on promotions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Provide internal and external technical support, training, and documentation
- Monitor legislation, market trends, and customer needs to keep ActronAir at the forefront of innovation
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement and lean product management practices

**YOU WILL NEED**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

- A formal qualification in Marketing or a Technical field, ideally with HVAC industry experience (5+ years)
- Proven track record in strategic product management, development, and leadership
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet market-driven deadlines
- A hands-on, energetic, and solutions-focused approach
