This visionary owner has shaped many of Perth’s leading multi-residential developments and unique high-end homes, so making the move into establishing a luxury furniture brand, along with a wholesale brand delivering exceptional fixtures and fittings, was a logical step.

They now host an enviable list of both local and international designers who offer exquisite pieces for the most discerning of buyer, but with still being approachable within the higher end consumer price point.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This role is primed for the individual that has been waiting for that role that will see you be able to execute a vision of how the Perth furniture (and high-end fixtures) buying experience should be. It is truly multi-facetted with you sharing your time between on the floor with the sales team, placing and tracking orders to ensuring that the warehouse and logistics are delivering on (or preferably exceeding) our client’s expectations.

This position is newly created, giving the right amount of ownership over what you need to achieve, whilst still having the support of working in conjunction with a highly successful businessperson.

**THE DEVILISH DETAILS**

This is a true leadership position and suits the person that thrives on straddling all areas of a business, from delivering and overseeing business planning & strategy, operational management, team performance to the financial management nitty gritty.

You will also work with the existing team to form a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration where when the team succeeds everyone wins.

The current team consists of.
- 5 x showroom consultants (2 x PT, 3 x Casual)
- 2 x Architecture & Design consultants
- Dedicated Marketing & Ecommerce resource
- 2 x Warehouse & logistics assistants

The beautifully designed Western Suburbs based showroom will be your base but not your home as you will share time between here and the warehouse. One of your first areas of focus will be a full review, and reorganising of the warehouse facility and logistics procedures.
