**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and conduct training programs in compliance with Standards for Registered Training Organisations, VET quality framework, ASQA registration and other necessary regulatory requirements of the state.
- Manage human resources, reporting, quality and compliance, administration and finance, business research, development and innovation, admin and support services, business plans and marketing.
- Leading the continuous improvement and user experience of courses.
- Closely working with the small management team.
Qualification and experience:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessing; higher degree preferred
- Working experience in a similar role for RTO environment to realise the goals
- Highly committed to work in the vocational training programs with ASQA requirements.
- Skills in developing training and assessment documents, learning resources, policies and procedures.
- Good team player, self-motivated and objective oriented skills.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.

**Trainer & Assessor Information Technology (Sydney and Melbourne) **_- Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma _
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training, assessments and implement student continuous improvement plans in complaint with ASQA standard.
Qualification and experience
- VET qualification (certificate, diploma and advanced diploma) holders in the relevant course/program
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Proven track record of teaching, conducting assessment and grading, facilitating students for educational activities, continuous improvement support, recording and regular reporting to the College
- Previous VET Sector / RTO experience
- Course coordination experience preferred
- Industry experience and knowledge in your field
**Receptionist **(1)**:
- Melbourne**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the College reception desk, provide support to the academic staff and undertaking general office duties.
- Administrating and student support services.
- Experience in student services and/or working in an administration team
Qualification and experiences
- Suitable degree
- Experience in student services and/or working in an administration team
- Knowledge of the RTO’s policies and procedures or an ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills; time management skills and skills in computer package and handling.
