Contribute your talents to our success – join a skilled team of creative Arts Marketers for Kingston Arts. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid work options (average 2 days working from home, plus monthly ADO).
Location: Cheltenham. Band 5, $81,188 - $93,494 per annum (dependant on experience) plus superannuation.
About the team: As part of the Creative Activities team, you’ll help to promote our Arts & Culture offerings across our 3 venues and help shape communications to a vibrant local community.
About this opportunity: We are looking for an Arts Development & Marketing Officer to join our team. You will develop and deliver marketing plans, brand campaigns and audience development activities to showcase the Arts & Culture offerings under the Kingston Arts brand.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and manage multiple concurrent creative campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across Council departments to leverage marketing opportunities and channels.
- Evaluate and report campaign performance against overarching strategy.
- Create, ideate, and source creative materials for engaging content, in line with brand identity and audience needs.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in developing and delivering multiple concurrent promotional projects, targeted to diverse audiences, across digital and traditional channels.
- Skill in creating bespoke, engaging collateral while maintaining brand identity and personality.
- Team player with commitment to a safe and inclusive culture where individuality and creativity thrive.
- Education: a degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations, or a diploma with relevant work experience; 5+ years in a creative marketing or communications role (preferably in Arts & Culture, events, or entertainment).
