**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. Our purpose is to help adult Australians lead happier and healthier lives by drinking in a responsible and sustainable way. As a drink’s specialist, Coles Liquor hosts an extensive range of wines, spirits and beers and we are passionate about providing customers with local and relevant products.

Our knowledgeable Team Members serve customers through our network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Commercial Strategy Manager, you will support the Operations team within each state by building reporting and leveraging insights to find opportunities to drive performance in key operational metrics and profitability.

You’ll also:

- Analyse performance metrics for insights to improve underperformance
- Provide State/Area/Store specific insights to State Teams as required for support in improving performance tail
- Support with delivery of Commercial Reviews and required actions
- Create working capital reporting and monitor for delivery of the target by State and banner
- Support the Workforce Planning, Loss and Security teams with reporting and analysis of performance and follow up of key items
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their Strategy and how reporting can support in delivering the outcomes required

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a detail oriented professional with experience working in a retail environment, with a clear understanding of operational metrics. You have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to identify root causes of issues.

You’ll also need:

- Project management skills and advanced MS Excel skills to create and present detailed reports
- Demonstrated ability in understanding complex data and reporting
- Ability to present complex data and concepts to senior stakeholders to influence decision making
- Experience in utilising data analytics to influence key business partners and drive change
