**About the role**:
Partnering with the Merchandise teams, as a Range Review Analyst you will support Category Managers to execute and develop the range strategy, engaging multiple cross-functional teams to ensure range reviews are delivered on time and benefits are realised. You will project manage several range reviews with a large focus on range and analytics. You'll be reviewing and analysing range performance, alongside recommending actions to business unit teams to effectively land range changes within our stores. This is a 12-month, fixed-term position.

You’ll also:

- Lead multiple range reviews comprising Business as Usual (BAU) resources to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and that business benefits are realised
- Analyse key customer insights, develop creative, pragmatic solutions, and support the implementation
- Contribute to a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for category management and category planning
- Coach and mentor cross-functional business partners
- Support stakeholder identification and assessment

**About you and your skills**:

- Proven experience within an FMCG/Retail environment
- High level of proficiency using appropriate analytical tools and techniques
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience presenting to senior business stakeholders
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
