Coles online is looking for a State Online Manager who will work in partnership with State GM and Operations Managers to create and execute the national and state Online strategy.

**About the role**:
Reporting to Head of Operations, Coles Online - this role will partner State Operations team to drive accountability through the line to deliver sustained and effective key performance indicators (availability, efficiency, fulfilment). This role will also support State, Regional, Store and Department Managers to identify, develop and execute new opportunities for driving sales and coverage of Online function.

**About you and your skills**:
As the State Online Manager, you will have strong and pragmatic Influencing skills and stakeholder management experience at senior level. You will also have proven senior leadership, customer management and cost control experience. Also, you will have wide, multi-site understanding of supermarket operations, including growth of new and existing business unit(s).

Your skills
- Ability to identify new sales/operations opportunities.
- Communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver improved Online store network through effective people engagement and network planning skills.
- Experience of leading and managing the implementation of major change projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to identify trends of poor performance and their operational causes and provide actions, engagement and in store support to improve results
- Strong commercial acumen skills to drive profitable sales
- Identify, analyse and discuss links between sales, availability and fulfilment data with all levels of the business (State GMs, RMs, Store Managers and Department Managers
- Ability to influence State, Regional, Store and Department managers
