As our new Human Resources Business Partner at Hollywood Private Hospital, you will:

- **Collaborate broadly across all areas** of Hollywood to build organisational capability and develop strong attraction and retention strategies;
- **Coach, advise, support & enable **executives, managers and employees;
- **Manage industrial relations risk **and maintain a productive relationship with external stakeholders

**What does success look like?**
- Strong IR/HR background (five years’ plus) in industrial relations and complex case management
- Tertiary qualifications in a HR related discipline or equivalent business experience
- Collaborative - proven ability with a large workforce, providing advice, education and driving People strategies and initiatives
- Lead by example - you positively promote and implement change, enthusiastically educating and guiding your team
- Accountable for outcomes, with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in the healthcare industry _highly regarded_
