**Scheduler**:
**About the role**:
Join a successful and busy branch in **Helensvale**. You will be working closely with Customers, from owner builders to major construction companies and internal sales and operation teams to ensure delivery of quotes.

Support our customer offering through preparation of schedules which informs production requirements and process ensuring the success of projects.

Your key duties will include:

- Co-ordinate customer requirements in conjunction with Sales, Planning, Production and Operations to accurately forecast supply to customer’s construction projects.
- Identify potential production or product solutions and negotiate changes with customers to reduce scheduling and production costs.
- Use strong numerical and analytical skills to estimate accurate quantities of reinforcement from Plans or Bills of Quantities for all size projects
- Accurately interpret Engineering and Architectural drawings for the purpose of providing bar, mesh and accessory take offs for supply

**About your experience**:
It is important that you are a goal oriented and an engaging team player, with a customer centric focus who enjoys interaction with clients and stakeholders.

You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the following characteristics;
- Experience in the construction industry - preferably reinforcing steel experience preferred
- Co-ordinate scheduling of multiple projects simultaneously
- Translate structural and engineering drawings in Blue Beam and/or AutoCAD into a production schedule
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills in keeping to customers delivery programs
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Qualifications in construction, structural / civil engineer or drafting is advantageous
