Leading security system firm based centrally on the Gold Coast requires a scheduler to join their team.

**Your new company**
This reputable security company operates from it's headquarters here on the beautiful Gold Coast and supplies security solutions to businesses worldwide.

**Your new role**
As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be required to assist with the weekly rostering of 120+ staff across the region to live jobs. Other duties include:

- Monitor and action daily reports
- Check and authorise daily timesheets
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate job sheets
- Administration where required

This is a full time role with opportunity for growth and will start immediately upon successful interview stage.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 12 months experience in a scheduling or coordinating role
- Good administration and customer service skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- A positive, friendly and professional approach
