**About the role**:
**Where you’ll be working**:
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team of experienced administrative professionals based across both the Newcastle Community Health Service and the Charlestown Community Services Centre. On-the-job training will be provided upon commencement, and you’ll receive continued guidance from your Administration Team Leader, who will work with you to develop a tailored training and onboarding plan to ensure your success.

**About you**:

- You are a motivated and experienced administration officer with a strong commitment to community-focused healthcare. Your empathetic nature allows you to confidently interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
- You take pride in providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a team-oriented environment where respect and professionalism guide your communication.
- You are flexible, organised, and able to manage a busy and varied workload with attention to detail.
- Experience or familiarity with medical terminology and/or medical typing is highly regarded.
