**Senior Quantity Surveyor **to work FIFO on a

Our client is a leading international construction contractor with operations throughout Australasia. The business delivers projects across all key sectors within the construction industry including civil construction, both metro and linked to the mining and resources sector.

**Essential criteria**:

- Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Quantity Surveying or associated disciplines.
- 5+ years of relevant commercial / quantity surveyor experience in civil construction including payment schedules, insurances, variation negotiations and dispute management.
- Knowledge of the tender methodology (costing, risk and opportunities, constraints), contractual agreements, claims and dispute management.
- Ability to ensure that design to cost exercises are completed to a high standard and are collated through to the overall project summary.
- Site Contract Administration to manage monthly payment claims, payment certificates and dispute management.
- Quantity take offs from design drawings and BIM model
- Cooperate with the design to cost team and build strong relationships with designers, construction team and estimators
