We are seeking a WAREHOUSE MANAGER for a fast-paced 3PL provider who specialises in Contracted Warehousing, Distribution, International Freight forwarding and domestic Transportation Services.

**About the role**

Due to recent growth we are seeking a Warehouse Manager based in Berrinba QLD. The role has the overall responsibility to coordinate warehouse activities in the warehouse and to foster collaboration to meet targets and to represent the warehouse with internal & external contacts regarding Warehouse topic.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Overall responsibility for managing and maintaining the warehouse & distribution processes (inbound/outbound) in the warehouse.
- Managing / Leading warehouse staff and the team’s performance, including training and development of staff.
- Monitor work to ensure all work performed is carried out in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the OH&S Policies and Procedures.
- Manage and control expenses in accordance with the budget set by the company.
- Acting as a professional liaison between internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the network and through suppliers.

**Skills and Experience**
- Successful track record in leading and driving operational excellence in a high paced, 3PL logistics business highly regarded
- A natural leader, easily able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on outcomes and improve the distribution process.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams across multi customer environments to achieve and maintain service excellence.
- Strengths across developing operational process to maximise service excellence and gross margin contribution.
- Advanced understanding of inventory control.
- A critical thinker with capability to drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.
- Possess sound knowledge of SAP system and HACCP.
