We are currently looking for two **Warehouse Replenishment Team Members**to join our **Berrinba warehouse.**

**Job Summary**:
The Replenishment/Goods Inwards Team Member is responsible for efficiently putting away received products and replenishing shelves to ensure that inventory is readily available for the order picking process. This role is critical for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring product availability. Assisting with the accurate and efficient movement of goods, the Replenisher directly reports to the Warehouse Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Product Replenishment**:

- Restock shelves and storage areas with products from overstock or backstock locations.
- Ensure products are readily available and correctly placed on shelves including proper product rotation.
- Support order picking, packing, and shipping processes as needed.

**Put Away Process**:

- Accurately put away products in designated storage areas following company guidelines.
- Organize and store products efficiently to maximize space utilization.
- Assist when necessary to receive and unpack incoming shipments.
- Safety operate necessary material handling equipment

**Product Handling**:

- Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure all products are correctly labelled.
- Safely and efficiently move products from receiving areas to storage or designated replenishment areas.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to product handling and storage.
- Assist with routine checks and ensure that shelves and storage areas are well-maintained.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient replenishment processes.

**Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall operations of the warehouse.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Forklift licence is a must.
- Two years previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
