**Asset and Personal Lending Finance ( Support Staff)**

Join FLI Group, Australia's fastest-growing finance brokers company, our office is in Seven Hills. We're seeking an exceptional Asset and Personal Lending Finance Broker support staff to help us manage our rapid growth.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ensure timely provision of correct disclosure documents
- Make reasonable inquiries about clients' finance requirements and objectives
- Conduct preliminary assessments to ensure loans are "not unsuitable"
- Engage with approved lenders and insurers to secure finance and insurance solutions
- Stay up-to-date with lender policies

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven knowledge of consumer finance products, including bank and non-bank lending options ( This will be beneficial) or will provide training
- Experience in asset finance, personal lending, and consumer finance will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
