We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator
to join our team. This is a creative, hands-on role where you'll be at the forefront of planning, creating, and sharing engaging content that builds authority for our clients and supports high-performing paid ad campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute content strategies tailored to service-based businesses
  • Create engaging
    organic social content
    (posts, reels, stories, carousels, short-form video)
  • Be hands-on with
    content creation
    : planning, filming, editing, and occasionally appearing in videos
  • Collaborate with our team to produce
    hybrid creative
    that strengthens paid ad campaigns
  • Work directly with clients: guiding them through the process, making them feel comfortable on camera, and communicating ideas clearly
  • Manage the process end-to-end: planning, shooting, editing, and presenting drafts for client approval
  • Help clients grow their
    social presence
    and position them as an authority in their industry
  • Ensure brand consistency across content and platforms
  • Stay across current trends in social and paid media to keep our content fresh and effective

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience creating social media content (organic & paid)
  • Strong video skills: planning, filming, editing (bonus if you're comfortable on camera too)
  • Proficiency in creative software:
  • Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
  • Minimum: Canva and CapCut (or similar editing/design tools)
  • Confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead client interactions and ensure they feel supported, especially when appearing on camera
  • Creative thinker who can craft content that resonates with service-based audiences
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and how creative impacts lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership of the creative process
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently
