Ramsay Psychology is a growing national network of Private Practice Psychology clinics and part of Australia's largest Private Healthcare group, Ramsay Health Care.

Our Practice Managers are pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients. This role will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity for 30.4 hours per fortnight at our Ramsay Psychology Practice Coolangatta.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception duties - ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call
- Helping to drive referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Assisting with GP clinic drop ins, lunches, marketing correspondence and event planning
- Handle patient appointments, maintain records and process accounts
- End of month financial reporting, invoicing and accounts management
- Other general administrative functions as required

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS systems
- Experience and knowledge of multiple patient management systems and software
- Previous experience managing a busy Medical Practice
- Exceptional people skills and self confidence
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Comprehensive knowledge of online claiming and MBS as it pertains to provision of psychological services (desirable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a desire for continued professional development/excellence
