We are excited to be recruiting for a **Talent & Attraction Manager** to join our Human Resources Team and take the lead on all things Talent & Attraction within Feros Care. We are seeking someone who thrives on finding and fostering talent, creative in your approach to attract and retain talent in a competitive market, and a systems guru as you become the SME for our ATS.

It is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on a period of organisational change, presenting you the opportunity to bring your innovative ideas and continue to lead on best practice recruitment within Feros Care. This role will lead our super-star internal Talent & Attraction Team, supporting our team of 4 Recruitment Advisors.

This is a full-time opportunity, offered on a 12 month maternity leave contract (with the possibility of extension), based at our office in Coolangatta.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand the current and future workforce recruitment and talent requirements
- Develop and build on partnerships with external service and training providers to fulfill talent needs
- Support the team in developing recruitment and interview collateral, sourcing strategies and being innovative in the approach to high volume recruitment to ensure speed to hire targets are met
- Collaborate with the wider HR and leadership team to establish and build on Feros Care’s EVP and Retention strategy

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist/Consultant (or similar) in a high volume environment
- Previous experience in a people leadership / management role
- Demonstrated experience in talent and recruitment strategy design, development, and implementation
- Highly organised with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, policy and procedures as related to scope of practice
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or other relevant to the role)
