**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse Manager at Good & Fugly in Alexandria. Currently reporting to the Head of Operations in Sydney you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations. This includes managing staff, conducting regular stocktakes, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Your primary goal will be to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely whilst achieving set Kpi targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management**
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff.
- Conduct staff training and development programs.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.

**Stocktakes**:

- Plan and coordinate regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical stock with the inventory system.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Generate stocktake reports for management.

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock loss and damage.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

**Warehouse Operations**:

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in the fruit and vegetable industry is **extremely** desirable but not essential
- Quality assurance experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Google Docs, Excel)
- Experience in stock management and procurement.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy items.

Package based on experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Staff management: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse management: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
