Camilla is looking for a dynamic individual to join our exciting and fast paced warehouse team as a Warehouse Manager.
If you love a challenge, are energetic, have great communications skills and you have a keen eye for detail this might be the opportunity for you The Warehouse Manager will manage the Warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock, and delivery of high quality service to all customers.
Camilla is on a mission to colour the world With our luxury Wholesale accounts growing globally, this role is key to boosting the reach and efficiency of Camilla's rainbow road to global domination.
**So, how will you colour our Warehouse world?**
- Provide a professional, courteous and efficient service to all customers and company departments.
- Contribute to and implement business improvement strategies
- Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transported securely and in line with company procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, and complies with company and legislative standards at all times.
- Ensuring all company safety and quality systems are followed, and raising concerns and reporting any incidents or suggestions to your line manager.
- Ensure all packaging waste is disposed of safely and in line with company processes, recycling wherever possible.
- Be the ultimate brand ambassador for Camilla and adhere to company rules and standards, including when working or travelling off-site.
- Achieve team goals through collaboration
- Support and assist colleagues by providing training and guidance as appropriate.

**What are we ideally searching for?**
- Someone who possesses a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competent (MS Office).
- A good understanding of, and commitment to, safe working practices.
- Previous warehouse experience at a Supervisory level (minimum).
- Experience in the Fashion Industry would be ideal
- Experience in using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning
- Previous experience in local, Interstate and International freight handling.
- Great communication skills and customer focussed.
