Welcome to Picnic Creek State School, one of four new state schools opened in Queensland in 2018.
The innovative design of our new $40 million school re-imagines the traditional classroom environment by embracing contemporary learning, to include flexible learning options, all-weather outdoor teaching spaces and integrated technology.

**As a Literacy Support Teacher you will**:
- Analyse Data to ensure responsive needs based intervention is ongoing
- Have knowledge of The Science of Reading required
- Be building capacity of staff (teaching and non teaching)

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information on blue cards and exemption cards, please CLICK HERE.
