**About Us**:
Picnic Creek State School is a Prep to Year 6 campus located in the growth corridor of the northern Gold Coast. We currently have 940 students and a dedicated team of staff. **About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Ensure the school environment is a safe, healthy and accepting physical and social environment
- Maintain high academic standards for all students through high expectations and relationships.
- Must be able to adjust the educational program to allow all students to participate in meaningful ways.
- Have clear and consistent behaviour expectations, rules and consequences, with using and implementing whole-school risk assessment plans.
- Encourage whole-school and class systems that promote, notice and reward good and appropriate behaviour.
- Targeted support, early intervention and prevention programs for students identified as at risk by a systematic collection and analysis of data.

Highly desirable skills and experience;
- Work well within a team and also work independently.
- Preferable if they were familiar with Zones of Regulations
- Previous experience is preferable but not essential
