Customer service advisor role with leading FinTech Bank, temp to perm opportunity, $32.69 p/h + super, hybrid

Located in the heart of the CBD within the interaction hub, on any given day you will handle interactions from Ubank customers regarding their account and help them move across to a new online platform. You must be comfortable managing high volume interactions in a multi-channel environment including phone and digital channels.

**Your new role**

Provide an outstanding customer experience over the phone and via digital channels. Add value at every opportunity by empowering customers to understand and have control of their online banking. Liaise with different stakeholders to achieve the best customer outcome and be actively involved in change amongst the business.
