**About the role**
As the Senior People & Capability (HR) Advisor you will be responsible for providing human resource/employee relations advice and case management to Ventia.

This is an excellent position for someone interested in employee relations who is looking for the next step in the career. Not only will you be exposed to Venita’s diverse and complex case load, but you will also be stepping into a company which hands you opportunities to become a part of Ventia’s broader P&C community.

**What you'll be doing**
- Work with a variety of stakeholders, managing complex workplace investigations and a variety of employee relations cases for our Project teams.
- Work across blue-collar enterprise agreements involving a mixed workforce from cleaners to chefs and engineers.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Ventia Managers to facilitate effective and consistent, people management.
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment
- Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process

**About you**
- Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
- Exposure to working with a large Blue Collar workforce
- Experience in managing employee and industrial relations issues.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and as well as the ability to interpret industrial instruments.
- Experience in advising and guiding management team to ensure best outcomes and ensure compliance with EA's and other legislations.
