Plenty of variety with time spent both on and off the tools, and a broad range of equipment. **The role** Reporting directly to senior management, the Workshop Manager will lead their team of mechanics and trades assistants to ensure the adequate presentation, operational condition, maintenance, repair and records keeping for the large range of equipment and fleet vehicles in accordance with both company standards and relevant laws. The expectation is that approximately 75% of time is spent “on the tools”, the remaining 25% performing other managerial/back-office duties, with time spent across both Glen Iris and Fairfield branches.
