As a result of our ongoing growth, we're now looking for a potenital creators agent to join our specialist team in Melbourne.

**POSITION DUTIES**:
1. Responsible for recruiting creators, both online and offline, and assisting creators to complete the signing process;
2. Responsible for maintaining the creator work and helping the creators solve daily problems;
3. Responsible for the regular training of creators, standardize and guide the live content of creators;
5. Responsible for communicating with creators and solving difficulties in platform work;
**Requirements and Responsibilities**:
Work requirements:
1. Those who have certain university campuses, performance or related resources are preferred;
2. Familiar with the film and television entertainment industry, with rich media resources and promotion channels;
3. Be good at discovering and communicating, and be able to formulate corresponding plans according to the characteristics of the creators;
4. Willing to engage in artist brokerage and understand the characteristics of each live broadcast platform;
5. Have enough interest and hobbies in the TikTok LIVE industry, and have a certain understanding of the TikTok LIVE market;
6. Possess certain organizational and coordination skills, good professional ethics and cultural accomplishment.

7. Familiar with online and offline creators recruitment methods, good at recruiting channel expansion and maintenance; experience in webcast associations, TikTok LIVE platforms, and agency company scouts, that is, more than 1 year of full-time creators recruitment related job experience is preferred;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
