Marketing & Events Officer

Gold Care Home Services is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Officer to join our growing team in the Sutherland Shire

This is a part time role working 2-3 days per week. (With the possibility to increase)

Gold Care Home Services is a family run Aged Care Staff Agency and NDIS Approved Service Provider organisation focused on delivering high quality and compassionate care to the community. We offer a wide range of Home Care Services to the community and contribute to keep their independence, dignity and choice.

Your New Role:

You will be an integral member of the Gold Care Home Services team, working towards attracting new Home Care Support Worker's and Clients to our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Organisational and Employer Brand.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintain a Marketing calendar, register and KPI report.
• Assist in the maintenance and development of the company website.
• Create and Coordinate Pay Per Click Google Ads
• Review and Optimise website SEO.
• Create and monitor website updates, articles and content to aid the growth of the companies website.
• Review & Maintain all Gold Care Home Services Social Media Accounts.
• Create and coordinate Digital Marketing Campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Positively engaging with both active and passive communications using social media and other search engines.
• Assist in the development of Gold Care Home Services employer brand.
• Develop innovative marketing and recruitment strategies and projects.
• Co-ordinate event planning and promotions.
• Prepare and coordinate internal company events to engage with staff and the public.
• Develop and publish a company internal newsletter to all staff.
• Participate in weekly meetings, bringing forward new ideas with the support of the management team.
• Review and maintain marketing stock levels.
• Obtain, review and reply to Google Reviews
• Develop and maintain a network pool with relevant organisations
• Attend and lead marketing events (e.g. Expos)

What do you need to succeed?

• A Qualification in Marketing. (Preferable but not necessary).
• 2+ years Experience in a Marketing role.
• Proficient experience using computer systems and digital marketing tools such as Chat-GPT, Canva, Meta, Wix, Google Ads and Google Veo.
• Great communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to build positive and strong working relationships with team members, clients and external companies.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
