- Being a positive brand ambassador for the Sutherland Shire Council.
- Providing strategic advice to Council teams in the planning and execution of online promotions for their programs, events and initiatives.
- Making a solid contribution towards the delivery of improved Communication and Engagement outcomes in line with Council’s Community Strategic Plan.
- Leading Council’s social media content marketing and advertising.
- Managing digital marketing and online channel management to optimise engagement with community stakeholders.
- Contributing to the broader Engagement team activities to increase awareness of Council initiatives, services and events with external stakeholders.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Lead Digital Marketing and provide strategic advice and support across the organisation.
- Help others see the big picture by building effective digital campaigns including content and message creation, scheduling, creative execution, tracking and evaluation as well as identifying and facilitating opportunities to leverage online activity.
- Use your strong creativity and communication skills along with excellent attention to detail, and an aptitude for analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and current digital trends.
- You will showcase Council’s values in all that you do - Collaborate, Acheive, Respect, and Evolve.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$89,000 - $97,000 gross p.a plus 10.5% superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week. Opportunity is expected to be available for up to 12 months.
