Our client is an internationally renowned Architecture studio looking to bring an ArchiCAD delivery team leader on board. With over three decades of delivering award-winning work, this inner city studio is looking for someone keen to mentor, lead and develop an extraordinary team of people.

This ArchiCAD studio is well-known for its collaborative and nurturing environment. With over 150 staff across their Australian operation, this studio is a hive of innovation and design. Working across various such typologies as hospitality, hotels, mixed-use, apartments, high-end residential and others, this studio does it all.

The role will see you work alongside a team of 15 delivery specialists. You will predominately work across the residential and mixed-use project sectors as you work with other team leaders, associates and directors to ensure projects and workflow are all smooth sailings.

While reporting to the delivery director, your day-to-day duties will look like the following
- Coffee from the office coffee machine (it's excellent)
- Reviewing construction drawings for buildability
- Managing the team's workload and providing feedback for improvements
- Playing around with the 3D printer at lunch or maybe table tennis
- Updating designs and working with the design teams on coming up with new concepts
- A minimum of 5 years of local post-graduate experience
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD
- A positive attitude and drive to see others succeed
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
