Delivering great care never gets old at BlueCross. We are looking to engage with Service Deliver Team Leader to support the home care department and work with our staff and clients across Melbourne. Currently, we have a full-time opportunity to join our friendly and supportive home care department. You will be well supported in the role, by a progressive leadership team, where your long-term career ambitions will be discussed, coached and mentored.

**What We do in Homecare**
Homecare is responsible to deliver high-quality services to older people who prefer to stay in their residence. The focus is to deliver services that effectively meet individual client's needs while promoting functional independence, wellness and lifestyles choices.

**Are you ready to join our team?**
The Service Delivery Team Leader works in partnership with personal care staff in the home care department. You will coach, mentor and lead a team of care workers to provide outstanding care to our clients across Melbourne.

**Skills and Expertise You bring to the role**:

- Experience as a Team Leader leading a team of PCA's
- Ability to build a high performing team
- Ability to handle pressure and a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
- Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and autonomously
