- **Annual Salary Range**:$103,920 - $125,735** per annum plus 10,5% superannuation
- **Employment Type**:Full Time - Ongoing
- **Usual Work Location**: Ringwood (flexibility may be available)

**About the Opportunity**

The Team Leader Delivery manages a team of engineers in the successful execution of the maintenance contract, within standards, budget and expectations. The incumbent would establish strong working relationships with all and provide focus on initiatives to add greater value to the network and organisation.

**About You**
- **Critical Thinking and Problem solving**:The ability and confidence to find suitable results to problems that enable the development of innovative solutions to complex maintenance problems.
- **Project Delivery (Applied)**:Competence in pre-construction, construction and contract administration to ensure delivery of maintenance and other projects are on time, within cost and the required standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:Competent technical knowledge to ensure that the required and listed quality standards are strongly enforced and adhered to. Ability to recommend and contribute to changes in standards to influence asset conditions.
- **Stakeholder Management (Applied)**:The ability to build relationships and to engage with various levels of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and bring an understanding to complex technical information
