Administration Officer

We are a plastering and painting company and we are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team.
The position is three days a week to start with and may extend into longer hours depending on workload. Our office is located in Ormeau and the successful applicant will need to be a team player working closely with other team members.
They will also need the following attributes:
- Ability to work under pressure, this can be a high paced and busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and an eye for detail
- Good computer and telephone skills
- A proactive approach with a desire to assist all team members
- Experience in the building and/or insurance industries would be an advantage but not required
- Be able to start immediately
- Be able to work flexible hours from 8am to 5pm.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Pay: $48,237.00 - $80,012.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- administration: 2 years (required)
