You’ll be working alongside experienced legal professionals, gaining exposure to real commercial matters and contributing meaningfully from day one. It’s a chance to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment where initiative and curiosity are encouraged. **What You'll Be Doing** - Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner - Assist in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs - Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts - Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients - Help provide an exceptional service to our clients - Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients - Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events **What You Bring to the Table** - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) - Internship or professional experience in legal/corporate environments - Up to 2 years PAE - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Interest in corporate and commercial law - High attention to detail and proactive mindset - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Adept at automation software; HighQ experience is a plus **What we Offer** - A supportive team that values learning and development - Exposure to real-world legal work in a commercial setting - Opportunities to grow into more senior roles over time - A culture that values precision, pace, and practical execution Here’s the Deal You’ve already had a taste of the legal world and you’re ready to take things further.
