About the Role

This role will see you support the current Senior Schooling team of 2 Head of Department, and 1 Work Education Transition Officer by building strong partnerships with students, local businesses, employers, and training providers. Key responsibilities include promoting the Senior School administrative support, organising SET and JET plan meetings, managing work experience placements, providing support to students and employers, and ensuring student's success through regular updates and collaboration with the Senior School team. You will also assist in developing marketing strategies, recruitment of students, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Great time management;
High level computer skills and working with spreadsheets;
Strong communicator;
Ability to work well in a dynamic team and follow process;
Previous experience working in a school or relevant to the role.
