**The Opportunity**

Working for a company that have been servicing their clients for four generations. They are specialists in the investment market and partner with industry specialist. With four generation of experience this office has built the foundation that see them all work together as a team.

They work closely and provide access to their network of preferred advisor partners for professional services such as; tax, legal, finance, insurance or financial planning.

The world has changed and their state of the art systems allow access to what is going on with their client’s apartment anytime, anywhere.

**The Role**

Would suit to someone who is polish, reliable team player, and has longevity in industry with exceptional property management experience to manage a portfolio of 170 properties in Bayside area (i.e. Hampton, Brighton, Carnegie, Malvern etc.). You will be supported by a leasing team and VA’s to assist with your administration.

Embracing technology, you will be using PropertyME which will make it easy for you to coordinate and communicate with the internal team and your landlords and tenants.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining close contact with Landlords
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Open for Inspections if required at short notice
- Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
- Tenancy sign up and induction

**About You**
- 2+ years’ experience in property management
- Real Estate Agent’s Representative qualifications are required
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the team’s success
- Excellent analytical, organisational and task management skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
