We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

As the Quality Assurance Manager at Koala Living, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our furniture manufacturing and retail operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and leading a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and standards for all stages of furniture manufacturing and retail operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from quality standards.
- Lead a team of quality assurance inspectors, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure effective execution of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and vendors to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback, warranty claims, and returns to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements governing furniture manufacturing and retail operations.
- Prepare reports and documentation of quality control findings, trends, and corrective actions for management review.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development, process improvement initiatives, and quality-related projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Experience developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
