Reporting to the EA and Facilities Manager this position offers an ideal opportunity for someone coming from a retail or hospitality background to move into the corporate sector. You will enjoy a diverse range of general administration duties as an office all-rounder including:

- Providing administrative support to office staff
- Greeting visitors and booking meeting rooms
- Assisting with events and marketing activities
- Arranging catering for clients and staff
- Ordering office supplies and groceries
- Ensuring cleanliness of all office areas
- Organising and distributing mail
- Printing and handling documents

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in retail, administration or hospitality along with a polite and engaging personality. You will be someone who takes initiative and has a true 'can-do' attitude with the ability to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner. You will be someone who thrives in a high-energy, efficient and fast-paced team environment and who can be trusted with confidential information.

Standard hours for this position are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, located in Brisbane's CBD. Please note, this is a full time office based position.

The salary guide for this position is $50,000 + Super.
