**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Leasing and Partnerships Coordinator role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, including invoicing, processing group bookings, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder communications. By working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will drive efficiency, improve the partner and resident experience, and contribute to Scape's mission of becoming the leader in student living and experiences.

This role based is in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Relevant Bachelor or Associates' Degree in related field is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in leading through an environment of change
- Experience working within real estate, hospitality or other service industry’s is high desirable.
- Ability to think strategically as well as manage and deliver all elements a project/campaign from end
- to-end
- Organised, flexible and dedicated
- Impeccable attention to detail
- The ability and desire for a leasing role with a confident and determined approach
- Great communication skills with strong business-related knowledge
- Dependable, enthusiastic and works well within diverse teams
- Highly self-motivated, and ambitious in achieving goals
- Should possess the skill to work both in a team and perform independently
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate and motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
