**The Company**

Our client is an education business, plus a global international student recruitment agency. Each year they educate more than 30,000 students across the Higher Education sector. Our client specialises in providing students with innovative and industry-aligned education across a variety of areas and have premium campus facilities across the country as well as state-of-the-art online training solutions.

**The Role**

The Partnerships Coordinator focuses on forming and retaining partnerships within the technology and creative media industries to drive value for its key schools and their students. Through these partnerships the role focuses primarily on the placement of students in internships and industry placements, with a secondary focus on sourcing speakers for events, and other purposes which support the department’s strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a network of existing industry partners, matching a pipeline of students with the most relevant companies for internships and industry placements.
- Present information sessions to new students about industry placements and internships.
- Regularly attend industry events and meetups for networking opportunities and keep up to date with current trends and new developments in technology and creative media.
- Approach partner companies to take part in Master Talk Presentations and other key flagship events across the division.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to promote students and alumni including taking part in Marketing and Sales events e.g. open days.

**Required Experience and skills**:

- 2+ years’ experience working in and managing partnerships.
- Strong existing relationships in either the tech, start-up, or creative industries.
- Background working in education is a bonus but by no means essential.
- Strong communicator and confident public speaker.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work cooperatively within a team environment or work without supervision.
- Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
