**About the role**:
**Responsibilities of the role**
- Manage and optimise digital marketing and fundraising campaigns, including targeted communication strategies to reach and engage our supporter base.
- Test, refine, and enhance digital tactics to improve performance metrics, such as click-through and conversion rates.
- Develop engaging content and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and digital agencies, offering insights and innovative ideas to enhance campaign strategies.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to drive strategy and execution improvements.
- Ensure adherence to all child safety, OHS, and brand guidelines, maintaining best practices in digital execution.

**About you**

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline desirable, or relevant experience
- Proven experience managing digital platforms and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing channels and tools like paid search, paid social, SEO, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach to meeting objectives and overcoming challenges
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt and make an impact
