Make-A-Wish is one of Australia's most trusted charities, and part of the largest wish-granting organisation in the world, creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. **The role**:
You will be responsible for supporting Make-A-Wish on our digital journey to drive growth and engagement and provide exceptional experiences for our supporters through digital channels.

Additionally, you will gain a vast amount of experience across the business’ many areas - from donor acquisition to volunteer engagement and play a vital part in enriching the Wish Journey experience.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Map out, create, QA and execute campaigns (single-send and automated journeys), including personalised lifecycle nurture journeys and subscriber communications
- Troubleshoot development and execution issues and provide feedback and recommendations for resolutions
- Build templates in line with Make-A-Wish brand guidelines and develop associated landing pages/assets for key audiences
- Audit the current platform, business, and communication needs, and manage the marketing automation product roadmap, in collaboration with Technology and Data teams
- Support the implementation of other digital marketing projects

**Skills and Experience**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a goal-driven marketing specialist who possesses the following:

- A marketing qualification (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years’ experience using marketing automation tools
- Experience using data to drive insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build, test, execute and optimise personalised digital communications
- Experience with Salesforce (desired), CRM and Mar Tech stacks
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, XML. Experience with API’s desirable
- A creative and innovative approach to work
- A data driven and analytical mindset
- The ability and desire to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
- Highly organised and detail-orientated
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate a motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work**
