**Overview**

The CRM Specialist (Campaigns) will be responsible for campaign planning, management and execution with a focus on constantly improving CRM campaigns.

Dabble is an industry-first social bookmaking experience and this role will play a pivotal part in how Dabble executes user journeys across CRM tools (Braze, Amplitude, Movable Ink and Future Third-Party Tools) to drive user behaviour and to create a truly immersive experience across Dabble CRM and Marketing Channels.

This role will work closely with the CRM Manager and the wider CRM team to deliver best-in-market campaigns with a core focus on customer experience.

**Primary Location**

**Top-line accountabilities**:

- Drive actives, retention and reactivation through strategically curated campaigns
- Act as a key stakeholder across departments (campaigns, digital & consumer) to service requests

**Responsibilities**
- Drive insights across campaigns to continuously learn and optimise. This includes the management and execution of setting hypotheses, objectives, A/B testing and review cycles of campaigns
- Develop and assist CRM campaign schedules, ensuring campaigns are delivered to customers on time as planned. This includes coordinating workflow within the CRM team and other departments to meet campaign deadlines
- Periodic reporting of results and insights back to the team and wider business
- Analyse users and break them down into different customer segments/cohorts for targeted CRM campaigns
- Use of third-party tools Amplitude, Braze, Movable Ink to review insights, create user segmentation, and execute campaigns across channels
- Plan and execute copy and assets for campaigns where required
- Work closely with other CRM Specialists in the team to divide and conquer BAU tasks and projects, where required

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ experience in CRM, Engagement or Campaign Management
- A data-driven and analytical mindset approach to customer engagement
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outcome-focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
