We are seeking a **full time Office Administrator **to support our Allied Health Team. Experience in an Allied Health clinic is not required. Training will be provided.

All Aged Care is a quality provider of in-home care services located in Brisbane CBD close to public transport. We are a multi-cultural organisation who pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations which enable clients to remain living independently in their own homes.

You will be an experienced office all rounder, self-motivated, an excellent communicator and have strong organisational and attention to detail skills. You will be receiving inbound allied health referrals, booking appointments with clients, managing diaries, completing documentation and supporting our Allied Health practitioners.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in office administration
- Great organisational skills including excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills including MS suite of products and ability to use in-house client management system
- An ability to speak another language is highly regarded

You will need to be a permanent Australian resident or have full working rights in Australia and have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
