Accounts Payable role paying $35ph + Super working for 2 months for a construction company.

**Your new company**

This well-known construction company is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a minimum of 2 months.

The role has come about due to growth in the business and will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

**Your new role**

Main Responsibilities- Daily processing of invoices in accordance with the procure to pay system- Perform journal entries and general ledger reconciliations- Problems solving triaged invoices with suppliers- Contribute to the continual improvement of the AP process- Ensure the workflow amongst the payable officers is completed and assist other staff- Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and internal clients

**What you'll need to succeed**- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable within a large complex organisation- Recent experience with Oracle, Peoplesoft or SAP- Tertiary qualification in Accounting- Clear communication skills both verbally and written- Sound computer skills, including a minimum intermediate level in Excel
- Provide accounting and other transactional support to all business units

**What you'll get in return**

This role is paying $35ph + Super and is highly likely to be extended.
