The Role

We are seeking a full time Sales assistant to join our Sales manager for NSW. As a Sales assistant, you will be working closely with our customers, providing information about our products and to advise on the most suitable product that would meet their requirements. Our clients are retailers in the outdoor awning industry with prior knowledge of outdoor products.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
Connecting and communicating with our customer base on new and existing product range. Travelling and face to face engagement as required.

Build and maintain rapport with our key customer accounts.

Contribute to the sales and marketing planning and implementation.

Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to forge bonds with current and future clients.

Possess great problem-solving skills to truly think outside the box while addressing the needs of customers.

A personable demeanour with the ability to guide customers towards the best products.

Assist our clients with the measurement check and quote procedure.

Previous experience working awning industry will be advantageous, but not essential.

A current Australian driver license is required.
